Your company subscription
One subscription covers one company workspace. During your trial and active subscription, your company can use shared inventory, team invitations, activity history, job sites, service calls, bid tracking, tasks, contacts, time entries, and material requests. Company membership and role permissions control who can edit records.
Bid tracking lets you save and manage your own opportunities and official source links. Time cards record hours and minutes worked and export entries; they do not process payroll. Blueprint links refer to documents you supply. The native mobile app is in testing.
7-day free trial and recurring billing
After creating and confirming your account, enter payment information through secure Stripe Checkout. Your eligible company receives one 7-day free trial beginning when checkout is completed. There is no subscription charge during the trial.
The monthly subscription automatically charges $29.99 USD per month after the trial unless you cancel beforehand. If you explicitly select the annual option, it automatically charges $299.90 USD in full each year after the trial instead. Stripe shows your selected amount and first charge date before you complete checkout.
Cancel online using Manage billing in the Company Portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the end of the trial or paid period shown in your billing account. You can also update payment information through Manage billing.
If a payment fails or the subscription expires, access may be suspended until billing is resolved. Contact support@contractorhubworks.com for duplicate charges, billing errors, or refund requests. Charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law.
Use of company tools
Use the service for your company's internal work. Keep account credentials secure, invite only authorized colleagues, and check the accuracy of entered records. Official bid documents and amendments control solicitation requirements and deadlines. Contractor Hub Works does not guarantee awards or supply legal, engineering, licensing, tax, or payroll advice.
Privacy
Native iPhone and iPad app
The app uses Supabase for account sign-in and shared company inventory, work orders, job sites, messages, and instruction attachments. Its sign-in session is stored using the device's secure storage. With your permission, the camera or photo library can supply inventory photos and job-site instruction photos or short videos. Recording a video with sound uses the microphone with your permission. These uploads are stored in private company-scoped storage and can be viewed by authorized coworkers. Direct teammate messages are visible to their sender and recipient. Printed-label text recognition runs on the device rather than sending the image to an external OCR service.
If you enable phone alerts, an Expo push token and notification preferences are used to deliver alerts through Expo and Apple's notification services. Inventory alerts and teammate-message alerts have separate settings. Teammate-message alerts use generic text and do not include the message body.
Shared work orders, including customer contacts and time entries, are stored with your company workspace. Submitted orders and the admin's payroll-entry acknowledgement remain as history; this is operational tracking and does not process payroll or payments. Previously saved local work orders remain on the device under your company and user account until you choose to clear them. Importing a local order shares a copy with your company without erasing the original. Signing out does not automatically erase these local records. Demo changes do not write to the company database. The native app remains in private testing.
We store your work email, company membership, workspace records, and subscription status to operate the service. Your browser retains a login session. Authorized company members can see shared records according to their permissions. Supabase provides account, database, and file-storage infrastructure; Stripe processes payment information. Contractor Hub Works does not store full card numbers and does not sell personal information.
Records may include inventory, customer contacts, service calls, job sites, work orders, instruction photos and videos, bid links, notes, tasks, material requests, messages, and time entries supplied by your company. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share with your company. To request help, access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact support@contractorhubworks.com. Records may be retained as needed for service operation and applicable legal obligations.
